• Locations below reflect the provider’s typical processing locations and/or corporate headquarters; for cross-border processing details, refer to each provider’s documentation and our Privacy Policy.

Subprocessors

Authentication / Identity

• Auth0 (Okta) — user authentication and identity management — Locations: United States and other locations as configured by the provider.

Analytics (optional; consent-based where required)

• Google Analytics 4 (Google) — website/app analytics — Locations: United States and other locations as configured by the provider.

AI providers / routing (when you use AI features)

• Anthropic — AI model processing — Locations: United States and other locations as configured by the provider.
• Google (AI services) — AI model processing — Locations: United States and other locations as configured by the provider.
• OpenRouter — AI routing/aggregation — Locations: United States and other locations as configured by the provider.

Component / supplier lookup (when you use supplier lookup features)

• DigiKey — component search/lookup — Locations: United States and other locations as configured by the provider.

Hosting / database / infrastructure

• MongoDB (Atlas or managed MongoDB hosting) — database hosting — Locations: depend on the region selected for the cluster.

Change notifications

We generally provide advance notice of material changes to this list through the Service and/or email for Enterprise customers, and where required by contract.
